Q. Why is there so much information on the bottom label of the candle?
A. The information needs to comply with the Classification, Labelling and Packaging (CLP) Regulation ((EC) No 1272/2008) is based on the United Nations' Globally Harmonised System (GHS) and its purpose is to ensure a high level of protection of health and the environment, as well as the free movement of substances, mixtures and articles.
Q. What does the warning and burning instruction say on the bottom label of the candle?
A. Warning - To prevent fire and serious injury, burn candle within sight. Keep away from draughts and vibrations. Keep out of reach from children and pets. Never Burn Candle on or near anything that can catch fire.
Burning Instructions - Trim wick to 5mm before lighting. Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistance surface. Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
Q. What does the warning label say on the back of the Wax Melt Snapbars.
A. Remove all packaging and place wax melt in the well of your oil burner or electrical warmer approved for use with wax melts. You may need to reduce the size of the snapbars to ensure the pieces fit in the well. Use with an unscented tealight if necessary. Keep out of reach from children or pets. Do not move while lit. Never leave burning wax or candle tealight unattended.

A. Etsy admin and merchant fees are very high, so the increase in unit price is to cover these costs.

Q. What does Sale or Return mean?
A. This option is only available for those retailing our product. E.g Say you purchase 50 items at wholesale price, but you only sell 23 items. If you chose to return the remaining 27 items in a resalable condition, you would receive a refund for those 27 items.
Q. Is there a minimum spent to receive wholesale prices?
A. We would expect a retailer to purchase at least 2 of every item in our range as a first purchase to stock their shelves. Subsequent purchases to maintain stock levels would not require a minimum spend.
